Fair pay in restaurant
I am a part time waiter at a restaurant and earn just over minimum wage. Supervisors in the same restaurant are earning £1 an hour more which is fair enough. However, there is one employee who is earning the same as the supervisors and does a lot less work than them - and myself! Is there anything that I can do in this situation or just moan about it? Would it be wise to put an ultimatum to my employer or just suffer with the fact that I do more work and receive less? Any help much appreciated
