International but what?

    i am a a2 student who has just finished college.
    i have done A2 Business, Biology, Chemistry and (as) psychology, ict.

    I am have reveived offer for optometery but have a changed of heart and am knowing thinking about what i "want" to do over "job security" which is why i think i thought of that science medical course.

    So; i am interested in International things e.g news, affairs, relations between countries, international business.

    know: please could you inform me the difference between and why you would do one of the options over the other. inaddition, to to the possible job prospects and future.
