Studying Maths, Physics and chemistry
ABB -Nottingham
BBC - Oxford Brookes
to study computer science
I think I got an A in Physics...Maybe in maths, otherwise I'm off to oxford brookes
or how oxford students call it... the early learning centre

Isn't that what Cambridge students call anglia Ruskin? Haven't heard OU calling OB that before (I did apply to OB this year)(Original post by moorbre)

Re: What's your UCAS offer? 2012
So apparently entry requirements that are stated on a university's website mean sod all nowadays. Someone has posted saying they were offered ABB to study History at UCL! A second person reports of an offer being made of AAA to do Law at Nottingham when their prospectus states A*AA.
This has properly cheesed me off. I didn't apply to top a 5 uni because AAA was out of my reach. AAB, however, is an almost certainty, and now I feel cheated.
This annoyance aside, only Bristol, Nottingham and St Andrews - of the top uni's - offer my course, so I can't be too disgruntled seeing as I am going to one of them. -

Re: What's your UCAS offer? 2012Wow really? that's only like 4 C's or something isn't it :P(Original post by Jack22031994)
My offer us very kind too
320 points
I get 70 points from a scheme my uni does so that means I only need 250 points from 4 A- levels.

Re: What's your UCAS offer? 2012C is 80 points, D is 60 points(Original post by CalumBlack)
Wow really? that's only like 4 C's or something isn't it :P
So 250 points will be DDDC from 4 A levels (60 + 60 + 60 + 80 = 260)
Wow :P -
Re: What's your UCAS offer? 2012Have no idea about Law at Nottingham but I'm pretty sure it is A*AA to do History at UCL, and it is ABB to do History at SSEES (which is now part of UCL). They are two separate programs, so perhaps that person got an offer for SSEES and not the other history course?(Original post by Meat is Murder)

It's only like that because I got the 70 points from the scheme otherwise it would be harder to get(Original post by accountant-future)
C is 80 points, D is 60 points
So 250 points will be DDDC from 4 A levels (60 + 60 + 60 + 80 = 260)
Wow :P
I got BCCD at AS as well so if I miss my offer something terrible would have happened in every exam

4 C's is 320 points so that would be 390 overall(Original post by CalumBlack)
Wow really? that's only like 4 C's or something isn't it :P
I got BCCD at AS so should be fine, I'm so glad I got the 70 points from the scheme thingy my uni does otherwise it would be more stressful for me and therefore harder
I do need 160 from two though but that's only 2 C's so should be fine

Re: What's your UCAS offer? 2012School of Slavonic and East European Studies. If you study a SSEES history degree, it is concentrated on the history of Russia and other Eastern European countries (as you probably deduced from the name of the school). UCL took over SSEES a while back, probably the late 90s/early 2000s.(Original post by Meat is Murder)
What is SSEES? -
Re: What's your UCAS offer? 2012Me too! For Leeds! ABB for zoology!(Original post by Apa)
ABB for firm (Leeds), CCC for insurance (Aberystwyth), both for zoology.

Re: What's your UCAS offer? 2012Nottingham's A*AA offer is for applications in the 2013 cycle. Not the current one.(Original post by Meat is Murder)
