Where would you recommend is the best place to live if you are studying at AUCB?
Me and my boyfriend are getting a flat, he will be studying at Southampton and will be driving everyday.

We want to live in Bournemouth area as he is a more experienced driver than myself and it would be easier for him to drive each day.
I am so confused where is the closest/best place to live if you want to be near the university?
I heard the AUCB is not in Bournemouth? So should we get a flat in Poole? I heard some say Winton is the best place when you are studying? I have only visited the area once (for my interview) I am not familiar with the Bournemouth area... I will be visiting again soon to view houses, so any help would be appreciated.

Winton is basically where most people live after first year, so loads of students will be living there. Depending on where in Winton you live it's something like a 5-20 minute walk from both AUCB and the BU main campus. You can also get a bus to uni from both Bournemouth and Poole if you choose to live there, but if you want to live near uni I'd say try to find a flat/house in Winton
