    I misread 'prom'!

Try Debenhams or if you have a Boundary Mill near you there could be some deals to be had there

New Look is meant to be but that's generally only around Christmas.
Try Debenhams cause they have good concessions and/or and vintage outlets if you want something classy.
If its summer red polka dots always go down well

boohoo.com have there own 'range' dedicated to prom dresses. They're cheap but don't really look it... I think

Everytime I need a dress for a special occasion (prom, birthday parties, etc) I always buy one from Quiz. I love the dresses from there and have never been disappointed with the quality of the dresses.

How formal is your prom? Do you have to wear a ball gown or will a day dress do?

    Hey,
Check out Haus Of Elegance, I bought my prom dress from them last year and it was beautiful.

I think you have to add them on facebook now to check out their dresses.

Not sure if they have stores in Birmingham: Debenhams, coast(for more formal), topshop, some H&M does nice party dresses or miss selfridge ( but I find them really short and I'm 5'5 which is quite short). Good luck

Are you going for the prom look? Depends on what style you are going for?
I would say for sophistication and elegance, topshop, miss selfridges, river island, selfridges, they would provide you with that?

What you looking for and what style?

    Here are some suggestions;
    - Topshop
    - Debenhams
    - Warehouse (where I found mine)
    - House of Fraser
    - John Lewis
    - Zara
