Water Reflection Animation in Photoshop
Hi all,
I have been wanting to create a moving water reflection in photoshop and have been getting more and more frustrated as I can't get it exactly how I want.
I've looked at so many tutorials and videos.
I know how to create a water reflection.
But I dont know how to make the water reflection MOVE in the image the way I want it to, in otherwords an animation or .gif.
I have had some success but still not satisfied.
THIS IS WHAT I HAVE ACHIEVED:

THIS IS WHAT I WANT IT TO BE LIKE:

nb: I have been using a photoshop plug in and a program called image ready.
I just want the water to be calmer and the waves to be larger like in the 2nd example
Thanks in advance!!! -

Might help?
In spite of the name 'Photography and Digital Imaging', most of the people that come here regularly are on the photography side and probably haven't tried animated reflections in Photoshop, so I don't know how much help we can actually provide (beyond linking things like the above.)

I don't know an awful lot about photoshop since I don't use it, but there's a very simple application called Squirlz Water Reflections that you might want to look up. Easy water reflection animation, rain/snow and so on. Might be of use to you.
Thanks, I have seen the above link before, it helped me to get the picture that I have already but I am striving to get the one in the example I have provided!
I have also heard of Squirlz Water Reflections so I may try it.
Is there any forums that could serve me better for this question? xx -
Re: Water Reflection Animation in PhotoshopHave a go at following the tutorial using Squirlz - that's what the author seems to use.(Original post by daisyfresh)
