New grade how do I replace AQA certificate with multiple subject grades on?
I have an AQA certificate with these subjects and grades on it (1 sheet)

    D&T - B
    English literature - C
    English - D
    I.T - B

This was from two years ago. I have just resat the English exam, if I pass then the grade for English on this current certificate will obviously be wrong.

Will I have to pay for a new D&T, English literature and I.T certificate?

I might be picky because in an interview I could point out to the employer that I have one old grade and one new grade for English but don't really want to have documentation of it, if I pass.
It's not that I am ashamed because I do have 2 other D's but I just feel all that hard work to have to still keep the D on one of them..

If so how much will it cost me? I personally feel it should be free as AQA have made a stupid mistake of putting mixed subjects on a certificate when the subjects are eligible to be resat.

    Thank you

Did you resit units from the old qualification or start the whole thing again on a different specification?

You'd have to declare both grades as it's a different qualification. You'll just get a certificate with the new qualification on. One of my flatmates had a similar situation with two Art A Levels - one grade B and one D.

Do you thin employers would frown on it though? Or see it as you improved yourself?

Thanks for the reply by the way.

It is not possible to get an amended certificate. The one you have correctly shows the results you got, no exam board would amend it whether you paid them or not. The new certificate will have a new grade on and you just have to show both to an employer - as least it will be evidence that you are prepared to put the effort in to improve.
