Had silly argument with friend now being ignored
Anon please, or delete. My friends have accounts on here
So basically me and my friend have been close for years. We're part of a group and we talk all the time about everything.
He overreacted completely last week when I told him to calm down when he was stressing over some coursework and lost it with me, saying I had no right to lecture him and he's got so much on...you get the picture. This was the day before my final a2 and he had finished his AS exams a while ago and tbh I was tired and stressed myself.
He was horrible and so I didn't reply to a text and went to bed...I apologised the next day and he's not said a word to me since. Friday will probably be the last time I ever see him as I'm going abroad and then to uni and I hate leaving things like this, but he won't say a word...any suggestions as to what I can do? I've sent a really nice apology and he just ignored it. It's really got me down and I feel awful even if I honestly wasnt particularly rude. I'd hate to lose a friend over something so petty.
Any help is greatly appreciated (: -
Re: Had silly argument with friend now being ignored
Maybe go see him in person? You have already apologised so no need to apologise again; just say what you've said here- that you're leaving soon and may never see him again and don't want to part on bad terms. Ask if you can put it behind you and return to normal.

Re: Had silly argument with friend now being ignoredIf your part of a friendship group, talk to your other friends and let the know what happened and how you genuinely want to make up. Maybe the message will get to him through them(Original post by Anonymous)
