They're not the horrible tight briefs so I see no problem. To be honest, though, I only tend to wear tight shorts like that for serious swimming - I'd much rather wear something baggier like board shorts on the beach. As for your body, it looks fine - you're unlikely to really turn heads in a positive or negative way so I wouldn't worry about it.
