Just a simple question for everyone to answer, which paper, in your personal opinion was the hardest to do this exam season?

Edexcel (Edited in, forgot the exam boards are different) M2 and M3 for me, absolutely turned out horrendous, conerned about my Further Maths mark being dropped to a B over those papers.

A2 Gov and politics. The subject is a doddle and for the past three exams it's been a breeze, then I was kind of expecting a nice easy end to A-levels and it was pretty tough.

Chemistry Salters B: Unit 5 but they were all hard tbh. :/
Just realised this is in the maths forums. FP2 and FP3 were both easier than previos papers but I still struggled a bit

Both of these on the same day, and I just had a really, really bad day .

Oh, and I dropped 5 marks that I knew how to do in FP4 'cos I ran out of time to do Kramer's rule, which annoyed me greatly.

PHYSICS P3 (AQA) AND BIOLOGY UNIT 1(B1 OLD SPEC.) - I was sooooooooo disappointed!! And it was nothing like the past papers before!

I know this is on the maths exams forum, but I found C3 & C4 to be a pile of piss (OCR MEI).

However, don't even get me started on Biology (OCR F215). WTF.

In order,

Maths STEP1 (this paper nearly brought me to tears)
AQA Statistics Unit 6 (could do half of the paper so D or C)
WJEC Physics Unit 5 (paper was nice but i made wayy too many slips!, perhaps because i only got 3hrs of sleep the night before)

OCR Mechanics M1, missed out a 7 mark question and won't get more than 1-2 marks for a 6 mark question

OCR Core 4, missed out a few questions but generally speaking, June 2012 have been weird.

I don't know how to explain it but they've definitely been strange, you can kinda tell in Jan 2012 as well. It's as if they're experimenting with new sets of questions or something. Hope it means lower grade boundaries, as quite a few have also said they were hard papers.

Aqa Core 4 - made too many silly mistakes. Still angry on how I messed up the last question and differential equations are my forte. Lost 9 marks just because of a wrong substitution.

A2 French exam - ugh, this horrid exam told me that taking A Level French was a big mistake and my French teacher was right when he asked "Are you sure you want to continue? I doubt you would do well." Had no choice but to take it because my "insurance" requires it at grade B, but I doubt that it would be anything above an E, to be honest.

OCR Decision Maths 1 - not a difficult paper per sé, but very very long - everyone I've spoken to either didn't finish or had not time left to check. Overall, very good exam season though.
