    Re: The Grafton MCR Manchester
Due to some personal issues I need to find a new tenant for my room at The Grafton in Manchester as soon as possible.

The Grafton is a small private hall with 3 bedroom appartements just off Oxford Road in Manchester and is located right next to the Medical School of UoM and opposite the Student Union of UoM. It's in the same building as Morrisons and Tesco/Sainsburry's/Lidl are also really close by.

The room is a Classic room with a 3/4 sized bed in a 3 bedroom flat. It has a shared bathroom and shared kitchen and every room has access to a small balcony.

It's 112 Pounds/week including all bills and the rent can be paid monthly. If you pay in full by August 27th you'll receive a 5 % discount.
