    Stomach pain?
    Hey guys

I've just finished my A2 exams and started a diet on Monday. Over my exams I ate an extortionate amount of chocolate etc and I really need to get in to shape over summer! I've cut out all the chocolate/sweets/sugar and I tend to eat two meals a day, breakfast and dinner. (average calorie intake of 700?). I am small and petite, I can happily survive on this amount and i'm not starving myself/don't have an eating disorder etc! I've been experiencing stomach pain during and shortly after eating, since I began my diet. Has anybody else experienced this? I don't think it's a cause for the doctors and i'm almost certain it's a change in my diet that has caused this. Would be grateful for any feedback

I had that after changing my diet, turns out I have IBS. Try antispasmodics, they really help. Go to boots and get stuff for IBS cramping

By 'small and petite' you mean you're a midget, right?

I also find if I'm say down when I have the pain, if I kinda slouch back in my chair, it stops the pain, or if your in bed, lie on your back with your back a bit more upright :L if that makes sense, it's because it stretches everything out which is why it's cramping so after a while you notice it's less and then there is no pain, I find after 10 minutes when I get up its gone :P
