Hollister isn't even that great. It's like blackberry, it was meant for business people only, then the chavs started getting them, thinking they were cool, same with hoilster, give it a few years and watch it flop.

These headphones have both better sound and build quality. Beats are absolute waste of money.

Beatz. It means they have no taste in headphones. It amuses me people call holister wearers sheep but not beatz. I don't mention about their choice of headphones though, I just deter them if they haven't bought them. Sometimes people get them v.cheap and then they're not so bad. I wouldn't judge them, think they're a prat etc. I would just assume they bought into the marketing and didn't research/care enough about sound quality. I just wouldn't discuss my audio setup with them.

I wear holister so I don't have a problem. I buy them in Florida when I holiday there, it's like £15 for a polo and they fit well for my build, shirts are like £20 and also are generally a good fit. I don't go mental though, out of my entire wardrobe I have two/three polos and maybe two shirts? I see why people might think they're bell ends though. I've worn hollister for the past maybe three years or so but I did notice the last year that everyone seems to be wearing it, even chavs. I think it's difficult to judge just based on one peice of clothing though, if there's a skin head roider with tatoos all up his arms wearing an ill fitting holister polo, chinos and boots then yeah, I'll think it's a bell end. If it's some normal looking person in a polo (which fits) jeans and shoes then I wouldn't even look twice.

    Good call.

Neither really, i don't care enough to judge someone as a prat for wearing different clothes or headphones than i would choose, unless they make it a big thing of it and bring it up all the time and think it makes them cool, but otherwise who cares?
everyone who wears dre beats thinks it makes them cool. Otherwise, they wouldn't buy headphones which can be matched by much cheaper ones and are way below the normal quality for their price range.

No idea why people wear Hollister. Paying £40 for a t-shirt with a seagull on it because your friends have one is nonsensical. I was out shopping yesterday and saw a bunch of children, no older than 10, all wearing exactly the same thing. Hollister top, chinos & snapbacks. Not only did the outfit probably cost at least £100 each, but they all looked ridiculous wearing exactly the same clothes.

Yeah, that cracks me up as well. However, their parents will have a big impact on their clothes, you also can't really judge the price because you have no idea if they got them on the highstreet, abroad, online or in sales.

Hollister, definitely. It shows that you are conscious enough of what people think of you (and your potential wealth) to wear such an obvious and apparently preppy brand, but the irony is that you can't afford the truly luxury stuff like Gucci, Versace, Zegna etc. It must eat away at them everyday. So in the end they just come across as a walking advertisement who would run a mile if they saw the prices on Sloane Street... sad.
Jesus wept. Why could you not possibly buy clothes because they look alright/fit well without even looking at the brand? I wear clothes from quicksilver, hollister, ripcurl, primark, jack jones, levi, volcon, generic tees, ralph lauren, lacoste, next, etc. I don't look at each one and think this makes me look like XYZ person. I think this would look alright with these colour jeans.

    Christ on a bike.

Those headphones aren't the be all and end all, and infact are overpriced, you could get sennheisers of the same quality for cheaper or a pair of the Marshall headphones which have amazing sound quality, again, for cheaper.

Much with Hollister, Jack Wills etc - You could get two good quality hoodies for the price of one of theirs so why would I wear theirs? to be honest I'd rather spend £70 getting a ps3 game AND a hoodie or something else.

How about sad, shallow and judgemental people who need to find other people on an internet forum that will agree with them because they need strangers opinions and acceptance. Those people are the biggest prats.

The semi naked fit men were promoting a Hollister store in Regent Street/Piccadilly Circus. I have friends that way and they got pics of the men and I missed out.

I'm not a huge fan of brands with names over all their clothing (Jack Wills, Hollister, A&F etc) and Beats headphones just show that they the person either has a lot of money or likes to spend their money on extravagant things. I can't comment on the quality of the headphones but if they are good then the user likes awesome kit.

I like my cheapo Sony DJ headphones, if I bash them about it was only £20 anyway.

Omg look at your sig. :cry2: So cute.

Anyway, so many wear Hollister and have those headphones, you can't really judge them all.

Can we consider for a minute that some people, such as myself, like, buy and are happy to pay for Hollister clothing because they like the style, colours or fit. Not everyone is buying into the brand. I don't buy my clothes on the basis of the name on the label. I buy my clothes on the basis of the quality, style and fit. If Jack Wills and Hollister clothing satisfy this, then so be it.

Hollister can be made to look good, Dr. Dre's cannot.

I don't like Hollister clothes, they're mediocre in quality and expensive for what they are. (i.e. Junk for the mass market.)

But having said that I use Dre Beats earphones (not headphones; I don't like headphones) and they are far better quality than any other earphones I've had, or indeed, tried.

Having said that, my friend has the Beats Pro headphones, and the sound quality is second to none. It's the most crisp sound I've ever heard from a headphone.

Sennheisers are rubbish in comparison to beats. I used to have some before I got my beats earphones; the gulf in quality is staggering. Sennheisers were a waste of £40.

I'm happy to wear branded clothes myself but I prefer the items which don't have the logo splashed across the front. It's the massive logo I find tacky and 'look at me', not the actual brand itself.

    Brilliant sir.

And you do know something about them, they are wearing Dre Beats. They obviously made the decision to wear them. You can speculate as to why, and judge them on that.....
