UEFA are at it again..
Edit: Seems like someone was jumping the gun.
However, doesn't take away from the fact that ;
This is a couple of days after UEFA made it pretty clear they view 'illegal advertising' as a worse offence than racism after fining Bendtner £80k for dropping his shorts and Croatia £64k for their fans racist behaviour during the euros.Last edited by Abiraleft; 28-06-2012 at 06:33. -

Re: UEFA are at it again..I am sad of this news. Is there a reason why?(Original post by L18)
They've refused Spains request for a minutes silence for Miki Roque, the 23 yr old spanish player who died recently.
And no, it's not against the rules. As there was a minutes silence for Platinis mate, Thierry Roland, before the France-Sweden match.

Re: UEFA are at it again..
Disgraceful. They want to respect the death of a 23 year old; why can't they? There's no reason why they can't, it would make absolutely no difference to the game.
*****.
Edit: OK, apparently UEFA haven't had any requests for a minutes silence. Doesn't change how I think about them though. See R4ndom's post below somewhere.Last edited by Mastermind`; 27-06-2012 at 18:13. -
