Re: If you could go back in time and choose A levels again, what would you do differe
I kept changing my mind so much before and during year 12 and ended up with the wrong subjects. I think it would have been best to stick to arts subjects but the best combination might be:
Maths, Further Maths, Pschology, Photography and either Art/Media at AS. -
Re: If you could go back in time and choose A levels again, what would you do differeI would never ever take chemsitry, wish I had just stuck to maths, physics, business, economics... maybe take maths out too..or physics, even though I love them, wish I had also applied for economics instead of engineering(Original post by lou_100)
For anyone just finished AS or A2.
Anyone love all their subjects and wouldn't change a thing?
Anyone wish they'd swapped one or two, if so for what?
Anyone wish they'd have just changed them all and gone for a different route?
Just as a bit of fun, and I thought it might be interesting to see if there's a pattern for certain subjects.

Would've done Spanish instead of Geography
I dunno, one day it just hit me how much I enjoyed learning Spanish and I could just tell I would genuinely enjoy learning new words every day. It'll be less of a trek to revise for it than Geography I think..

I am getting my AS Results this August, but if I could go back I would drop philosophy for media instead. I didn't enjoy this course at alll

I would have done BTEC Media, save myself the effort..
But with A-Levels, I done a lot of them over my 3 years.
I've done:
AS English Lit, English Lit&Lang, Gov&Pol, Psychology, Architecture, Media (only passed Media har har har)
A2 History, Philosophy, Film Studies
The worst was definitely English Lit for me.
If I could pick them now knowing what I want to do at uni, I'd pick History, Philosophy, Film and Media and carry them onto A2.
