Remember, with everything in life, there's a 50 percent chance it will happen and a 50 percent chance will not, it either does or doesn't.
So your chance is basically 50%. You can decide if you want to from that. -

As suggested before, it would be safer to bet on Germany beating Italy, possibly 2-1 or 3-1 as the Italians are still a good team. -
