How to get in to Central Saint Martins (Fashion BA)
    Hi,

I'm looking for advice on how to get into Central Saint Martins to study Fashion BA. I understand it is extremely difficult to get a place and I'd really appreciate some guidance from anyone who has studied/is studying at CSM.

    A bit about myself:
I'm 17, female and from Greater Manchester. For as long as I can remember I have wanted to be an artist, and have naturally progressed into fashion through various experiences and qualifications. I am really passionate and hard working, and to give you an idea these are some of my (art/fashion related) qualifications:

early entry GCSE Art & Design- fine art (A)
GCSE Art & Design- unendorsed (A)
GCSE Art & Design- textile art (A)
    GCSE Textiles- A*
Level 2 BTEC Art & Design- Distinction*
Level 3 Extended Diploma in Fashion & Clothing (current)- predicted D*D*D*

Also I have had work experience in a bridal boutique when I was 14, and I currently work as a costume designer, both freelance and employed at a school. I make clothes for myself and friends and have sold clothes at the Piccadilly Markets in Manchester.

I'd really appreciate if someone could give me an idea of how likely I am to be accepted into CSM, 'competing' against people who will be much older, more experienced and who (mostly) will have studied a foundation degree prior.

Thank you to anyone who can help

I think about 99% depends on your portfolio.
