How can I improve my speech quickly? I always mix words up...

Re: How can I improve my speech quickly? I always mix words up...One of the main things is not to be afraid of pausing/taking your time. People often try to rush what they're saying and that's when they cock up. Think things through in your head, decide how you want to say it and then speak in a clear, medium pace manner. Obviously you can't be too slow or it'll just be wierd, but often you can take a bit more time than you think and still seem normal to others.(Original post by Anonymous)
Even if I force it my voice sounds weak and I can't speak 100% clearly. I'm only seeking advice because I'm applying for jobs and don't want to go in stuttering and mixing my words up
