Ok, a bought this peplum top from Miss Selfridge for a meal a few weeks ago and I'd love to wear it for my graduation:

I did team it with a black bodycon skirt but I'm thinking I'd need something a bit longer for my graduation. I wanted a pencil skirt and I really love this one from New Look:

What are peoples opinions? I'm not the most fashion conscious person ever and don't want to wear a rubbish outfit for graduation....

I'm not sure that the textures would work but I like the idea of a peplum top and I have a similar lace skirt from RI.

Try on the skirt in store and bring your top with you.
