    Hi

I have yr11 prom tomorrow and HATE dancing, the whole idea of it is so awkward

Does everyone have to dance or is it 'optional'?

So not looking forward to it

You could bring a crossbow like on Waterloo Road. Then no-one can make fun of your dancing.

Our dancing consisted of jumping up and down in a circle. And attempting the robot. Good times (Y)

No one forces you to dance so just sit at the side and talk to people if you're not comfortable dancing

I was thinking the exact same thing before my prom which was last week. Dont worry though, when everyone is dancing you wont feel weird.. On the night you will feel much better

I went for the pelvic thrusting at my prom, my headteacher said I was a credit to the school. Duffman approves.

    That is sound advice.
Also, no one cares whether you can dance or not. It is really just about enjoying yourself.

Plus, if you don't want to dance, that is fine, but you will have missed out on something special just because you didn't want to appear awkward.
