I've just starting workout hard and trying to bulk up. I'm 5'9 and about 65kg. I'm fairly lean.
I'm doing exercises to get bigger and eating more proteins to support this. Just wondering whether I should be doing cardio at the same time. I don't want to jut get big, I want to be cut as well so should I maintain my cardio?
Forget about being cut if you are bulking. You gain the weight then loose the fat to be cut- that's the idea behind bulking. If you can't deal with getting a belly then stop eating loads.
Whether you do cardio is irrelevant. What matters is how much you eat. If you do it and eat more to make up for it then you will have a harder job eating enough to be really bulking. If you do it and don't eat enough to make up for it then you won't really be bulking
