I'm curious to find out what women like to see a man wearing? What clothing piece is to a woman what lingere is to a man? i.e what male clothing item would turn you on? that sounds quite bad but it's the best i could put it!

I don't care for the jacket tbh but the smart attire does make any guy look better.
I don't like cardigans though. I just can't get past the fact that grandads wear em. -

True. The t-shirt is even more important imo because what if the weather warfms up or the jacket gets uncomfortable? -

Be real ladies: Most men on here can't afford a proper suit. If they can they're pretty middle class and got parents that earn a bit or he's lucky to have a highly paid job. Maybe that's what turns the ladies on? Where i'm from you'll be lucky to afford Topman.
When you're pooer as **** it's all about faking it till you make it. No need to spend Gs on a suit. Do that when you're a highly paid graduate or something.
Suits are just too formal imo. I can't stand them most of the time. They're boring. It doesn't say much about you other than you're a masuline man and you have ££££££ -

Regarding colours, black IMO is more a funeral than every day suit, if you're young and only going to have one or maybe two suits then I would say the colours to go for are navy blue or charcoal or dark grey. Pinstripe is hit and miss, some look good, some look dreadful. I wouldn't get a pinstripe suit if you only have one suit. -

They don't look stupid because they have a reason for wearing a suit. You wouldn't, and when people found this out, they wouldn't think you were stylish, they would think you were some weird kind of imposter.(Original post by Astronomical)

Individuality, flair and style is about playing around within the limits of what outfits are appropriate for that occasion, not just wearing a completely unexpected set of clothes. That's not style, that's fancy dress.
