I know its last minute and all, but I'm unsure whether I have applied correctly for accomodation.

I hit "apply" then entered my choices, filled in the questionaire.
Reached the page that has the print option and the

"Your data will be saved ONLY on click of the "Continue" button. Please verify the data you have entered and click
"Continue" if you are satisfied.
Click 'Redo' to CANCEL this application and start the process over."

clicked continue and had a page that said my "reapplication" has been saved.
I find this odd as this is the first time I apply. Also i am able to modify my choices etc. If it had been submitted wouldn't I not be able to change them.

Any help would be nice

It might be fine, as it IS possible to change your choices even after you apply. But to make sure, I'd ring them up!

What course are you applying for?
What did you get for GCSE's and A-Levels?
What about UKCAT if you did them?
