Heya..! No i hvnt applied for accommodation.. I am still thinking whether to get a shared private flat or an on campus accommodation.. i could not find any1 traveling from India to make that decision..! what about you..? where do you live??

Nah, haven't applied for visa yet as I still haven't received my CAS no.(ETA 1 week) :C
Although, I was recently allocated accommodation @ John Burnett House (Catered, Pollock halls).
BTW, I'd suggest you to go for University accommodation for the first year.

FYI: I currently reside in Gurgaon.

I got my CAS no. and will soon be applying for the visa.. as far as accommodation is concerned i am looking for all possible option.. n since my masters is only for one year i have to choose an option that i wont regret..weigh all d pros and cons.. when do u plan to leave for Edinburgh..? and thank u for d fb link..!

Hi everyone,

I am from Delhi. Great to see you guys here. Maybe we all can have a brief meetup in delhi to discuss accommodation, air tickets etc.. before we head for edinburgh.
I am supposed to join the school of history, classics and archaeology at Univ. of Edinburgh, on 10th sept, 2012.

Anyway, I have my visa appointment tomorrow. I am just praying to god for everything to go smoothly.
