    Sweating after a shower?
I always have a shower as normal, then for the last minute i turn the temperature way down to have a cool shower - but i still find myself sweating alot when getting changed/getting ready etc.
This is normally after exercise, but still - i would of thought a cold shower would completely cool me down! It's a pain because getting ready and sweating straight away is horrible!

    Anyone else get this! ?

Are you having a really hot shower for the most part?

Try having a completely cool shower and see if there's a difference?

Are you getting ready in the same room? It may be the steam from the hot shower which is making you sweat rather than the shower itself. If so, opening windows should help.

A cool shower will cool you down, if you had it for a short period of time.

If not it will actually heat you up, because your body starts thinking that it's cold so starts to heat up again.

It also depends upon how long after exercise. If you come in from a run, get into the shower straight away, shower for 3 mins then get out and get dressed then of course your body will still be producing sweat because it will still be trying to cool down from your exercise.

Try having a longer cool down and let your body temp come back to normal and wait until you stop sweating, then have a shower and see if it helps.

Go for a cold shower after exercise, until you have cooled down. Then turn the heat up.

Or also give yourself more time in between exercise and showers to cool down.
