when bulking/cutting is it good or bad to include egg yolks? or is it good to not eat them and just eat the white part. and why? if i personally need extra fats in my diet, is it good to have the yolks or not?

If you need the fats then eat the yolk. Personally if I have say 3 eggs, I'll only have 1 yolk. But I don't need the fats lol.
