    Same actually. I just have mine on vibrate because the ringtones startle me.

    My phone is always on vibrate only, unless I'm in a loud place where I'll set it as normal, then at night I'll turn it off to save battery-why have it turned on when I'm sleeping? :P

    No, I just switch the internet off.

    Emails always come at awkward hours, and texts don't wake me up. If someone is calling me at 4am, it's probably important enough to be waking me up.

    I have an irrational fear that if I put it on silent, my alarm wont go off...
