*SNIIIFFFFFFFFFF*
u lookin to build sum muscle mayng? ya do? THAS GOOD MAYNE REAL GOOD.
hodge twins, will disregard
These guys have PhDs in broscience; they make an effort to understand the science behind stuff, but I genuinely don't think they're intelligent enough to understand the scientific method, empirical evidence and journal articles. They just parrot what they hear without having a 100% grasp. Having said that, they are funny as **** and always make me laugh, charismatic guys, who don't take themselves too seriously.
would watch again for entertainment purposes/10
If I really wanted to learn about scientific bodybuilding, I would watch Ian McCarthey, even though he is boring and uncharismatic as fuark!
Seriously though, it's 2012; does anyone still genuinely believe that "smaller meals more often boosts metabolism" broscience? Plenty of journal articles have disproven this and even shown the opposite.Last edited by HFerguson; 30-06-2012 at 13:48. -
Re: 6 meals a day is a scam. These guys explain why?Dude, I remember watching a video where they said don't work out for more than an hour because cortisol will start to break down your muscle. This was when I was smack bang in the middle of revising the adrenals. I sort of sat there like uwotm8?(Original post by HFerguson)

Re: 6 meals a day is a scam. These guys explain why?Pretty sure that's broscience. In my opinion, cortisol is only something worth fearing when you're eating at a caloric deficit and/or not getting enough sleep.(Original post by RollerBall)

BTW, if you don't get some protein in you within 5 minutes of working out, you miss the "anabolic window" and your muscles go catabolic and your workout is nullified.
