    Women's leather jackets
My birthday is coming up and I'm thinking of asking my parents for a leather jacket. I've had one in the past and it was so versatile, however it was a cheap 'leather look' one and it wore out, as I expected it to.

Just wondering if anyone had any advice on where to look? Ideally non-online, as it's a fairly expensive piece and I'd like to be able to try it on.

They're pretty expensive, but All Saints do really lovely & long-lasting clothing.

I have one from Jane Norman that I got for Christmas over 3 years ago, it's so versatile and goes with everything. I also have a furry one from Topshop but I don't wear that one as often. I don't know if Jane Norman's gone bust though. But Topshop generally do nice ones.

Topshop or Miss Selfridge. I've had my eye on this one for ages but I imagine I'm totally the wrong shape to pull it off - http://www.missselfridge.com/webapp/...35&pageSize=40

EDIT: The one in the link isn't real leather, but I'm pretty sure I saw one similar in store that was!

I got one for 60 quid for a market style shop, it was brilliant but ripped after about 2 years

TK Maxx are always great for really good quality designer coats. I had a leather jacket from there that lasted years and it was like £30-£40
