Computing(leading to software engineer), Accounting, Banking,Teacher, and many others. Obviously taking a degree in to account. -
Re: Career Choice With These Alevels ?Each one of those subject degree's obviously. Aside science degree's, or subjects that specifically require science, or arts, the world is pretty much your oyster. You clearly like the problem solving stuff, delve further in that area perhaps? A math-related degree seems like the obvious choice with that combination, but the English Lit thrown in there means you've got a lot of possibilities open to you.(Original post by Tenioloks)
What Career could I pursue with:
Maths
Economics
English Lit
IT
And do these alevel's blend together to reach a field in a career ?
Decide on which of your subjects are your favourite, what kind of work environment would you enjoy, what kind of work environment can you definetly not be in, take it from there, what appeals to you?
I litterally went on a prospects website, looked down the list, started crossing things off for ones that definetly didn't appeal to me, highlighting the ones that definetly did, ordered the ones that were in between, looked up what was required for each - did the subjects i wanted to do fit it? If not, would I enjoy/be good at the subject that was required? Research.
Mind, some people don't have a clue what they want to do as of yet, but IMO the earlier the better, just keep an open mind. -
