    My Little Fat/Weight Loss Blog
I need to be accountable for my actions, hence this blog!

    My Food Plan:
No processed crap apart from whole wheat bread and a couple of crackers.
    Loads of fruit and veggie.
Get 70+ g of protein daily (except Monday and Friday)

Monday= Fast, one meal at night (vegetarian), tea with milk and a teaspoon of sugar (if needed)

Friday= One cheat meal, catch is that it needs to be all vegetarian that day due to religious reasons.

Aiming for 1550 calories each day, with Friday being the day I may eat all I want to rev the metabolism from the week.

    My Exercise Plan:

    Cardio- 3 times a week, 30 mins, running at 8 km/h (first 3 weeks)
    (Sunday, Wednesday, Saturday)

    Weight training- 2 times a week, 30 mins, abs/back/arms/legs/butt
    (Tuesday, Thursday)

    My Goal:
To go from 72 kg to 60 kg by 15th September, with 18% bodyfat (i.e. somewhat visible abs)

    So far:
2 weeks (with binges [went to 1200 cals.. not good] and no exercise, 1 kg lost)

Critique this, but keep in mind that I will follow what I know works for me and i cannot increase the running, but I can use an elliptical.

Managed to binge today- but altogether it was 2,100 calories and 124 g of protein even when I'm vegetarian! Been sick for the past few days.

I need to get back to the gym.

Thank you- I'm not obese/overweight on the BMI scale; I have hypothyroid and it made me gain a lot of weight fast. I used to be thin. I want to go back to that to be honest.

I'm happy that I'm at 70kg now. My goal is to get to 58-60kg.

Have you every tried using yoga as your everyday exercise?

It really helps me from the mind, body and soul. It releases out stress for me.

If you haven't tried it... I bet you'll be loving it as well.
