Registering as self employed?So im 22 and want to register as self employed? However i finish uni next year and will be looking for a job and expanding my business. I currently anticipate to make 8,000 profit for this year?
What will i need to become self employed? Can i become self employed as a student?

Re: Registering as self employed?You need your National Insurance number in order to phone HMRC to tell them that you're self employed. You'll also need to file a tax return. If you don't register as self employed (but you're making money on a self employed basis) then you can be fined.(Original post by Bill_Gates)
