Re: Knee Pain
If you google headaches you also eventually end up with a diagnosis of cancer. I would take everything you read online with a healthy shovel full of salt to be honest.
Pains in joints especially the knees is a fairly standard very common complaint and can be caused by all sorts of things tendonitis, bone chips, bursitis, pinched nerves, osteoarthritis, osgood-schlatter disease, the list is almost endless. If you keep on reading you'll just end up winding yourself up whilst all the while getting absolutely nowhere
If it's causing you sharp pains and is uncomfortable to put up with go see your GP about it.

Re: Knee Pain
I had knee pain for no real reason a few years ago, it went on for 18 months and I could hardly walk and I ended up addicted to opiates. I had X-rays, MRI's etc and nothing came up. I eventually found out that things like this are fairly common in women particularly who are 16-25 and can be cured by gentle exercise to strengthen the ligaments and tendons which hold the knee together. Try doing some gentle yoga or stretching exercises rather that running or high impact exercise and in a few weeks it could cure your problem.
Obviously if it's very painful or you've done something to damage your knee seek medical advice, but it could just be some kind of developmental thing. Try icing it as well when it's sore.
