I think CO-OP are meant to be quite good. I wish I had gone with them, I'd kill for that £1400 overdraft atm.

Re: best student bank account?Bear in mind when you are looking that most banks, especially the high streets ones will advertise their overdrafts as being 'up to £2000'. This doesn't mean £2000 to start with as with Barclays my original one was £250, and it takes a lot of effort to increase it. Where as with CO-OP it is £1400 to start with and increases to £2000 in third year.(Original post by itrader)
I've really got to start looking properly as I think on results day we can go to the Banks with our ucas confirmation to show we are students and set up an account. Either way I'm subscribed to this thread...
