There are so many, you have just bought in my eyes the best console that has existed in terms of games. There is just a huge selection, these are a few that I can remember that were my favourites!

Vice City too, one of my all time favourite games, it's just ... so freaking class. The sound track, the story, the action, it's a 10/10 game for me, easily

Time Splitters. Because being able to run around as a duck shooting bears, monkeys, and other freaks is just epic.

I think Famitsu have only given 40 to a few games. Skyrim's apparently the only non-Japanese one but I might be wrong on that.

Drakengard is one of my absolute favourites
Kind of an actiony-battlefieldy rpg I guess, not played it in awhile.
Think I'll have to replay it actually..

Also there's Gun, which is a cowboy type thing. And the Spyro, Crash Bandicoot and Croc games are pretty classic.
Umm, Okami is brilliant if you haven't played it, a pretty unique game I thought. As for RPGs a few of the Final Fantasy games are amazing- personally I really loved XII; 7 is generally hailed aswell. The old school Grand theft auto games were amazing, i dunno why but the newer ones just don't do it for me :/
&If you were a fan of Buffy then Chaos Bleeds is definitly worth a play. I also really liked the LOTR and Star Wars games... oh and Digimon

I've only ever played spyro on PS1 so yes! i loved the one (i think it was second) where he had to go through the 4 seasons and learnt to swim, climb ladders etc.

Final Fantasy X is my favourite rpg on the PS2. The story is brilliant. Also for horror, Silent Hill 2, the story stands out on its own, you don't have to of played the first one. Metal Gear Solid 1-3 are more great story based games. For mindless fun, GTA 3 and GTA vice city. I have a gaming pc, a ps3, an Xbox 360, a wii, a ds and a ps2. And the ps2 still has the best selection of games IMO

It was amazing, shame it was such a short game, the second one was pretty crappy though which was a shame :/
