Well! Im 15 and 5'9/10 and i find it very difficult to get skinny jeans my length with gathering.

does anyone have any ideas?

Plus! : I have all of newlook tall jeans. and also they need to be cheap, like £15 cheap.

They're not cheap but Uniqlo do all their jeans at 33 inch leg (they do them all at that lenght and then take them up on demand).

Their best ones are their jeggings which are basically just normal jeans with extra elastic in the material. They are so comfortable, really good quality and fit beautifully.

They are £30 which is out of your price range but I recommend you have a look at them anyway.

hey i am the same height as you and i have found that h and m jeans are a good length. they have different styles to suit different price ranges too i hope this helps
