    Radiography- entry requirement for uni's
i, I'm a student currently studying Health and Social Care,Extended Project and English literature. So far i've finished Extended Project with a grade A, but i will soon find out my other grades in August.I'm going to either study AS Biology or AS Chemistry next year, but some uni's want A-level science.I'm not sure what to do now, i looked for intensive courses but most colleges that are able to offer it are quite far& expensive. Also i cannot stay another year :/

Yea hallam is a good uni for nhs courses:yes: so im really happy i got in. Well mine was for 2 years but i left school with no qualifications so i had to do level 2 first then the level 3 HE Science so usually if you left school with gcse's it would only be a year. I would advise volunteering/ work experience as it really makes you stand out

You will probably find that most uni's are putting up there entry requirements next year, probably in an attempt to deter those people who just want to do a health course because they're are funded.
I would suspect that most will not accept AS Levels on their own.
However, like Runie, I'm a mature student who has just completed an access course and I've been accepted at Cumbria. It's many years since I did any kind of science education and they are still taking me, so it may be worth contacting the uni's you're interested in to discuss your options.
