It's the only thing that's gonna keep us going for 12 weeks (esp for us who don't normally do exercise)

Ha ha I like your optimism, but because of 3 weeks of holiday can't see it happening...although may do in Canada, free gym membership including climbing wall :woo:

Shall do, I asked the trainers at the gym to show me some exercises to improve my upper arm strength because that's what always lets me down on the climbing wall.

Well by just using the climbing wall you'll build up that strength :yep:

We had a climbing wall at school on Friday. I think my colleagues were impressed by how fast a 5ft0 nothing female could scramble up the wall

True, although it'd be nice if I could build up some strength first to give me a good start!

Ha ha us shorties are always the best :yep:

My abs literally burn this morning, SO MUCH PAIN! And my shoulders and back...legs are okay though so at least I'm still semi functioning!

My mum just said my stomach looked flatter. Now obviously I'm not expecting it to actually look flatter (not gonna change overnight) but as she's normally the one who tells me I look fat and that I've gained loads of weight this at least makes me feeeel better.

Just back from gym. Did an hour and 10 including more reps for all my weights, longer of every bit of cardio and core stuff, and (best bit of all) didn't feel sick at all this time! :woo:

I did bike to warm up, then cross train, then stepper, then row, then walk up incline with weights, then bike, then summit trainer.

Abs don't hurt this morning which is good, however shoulders are absolutely killing me! Seems like I'm destined to hurt a different part of myself every time I'm at the gym!
