Okay so I'm back after two and a half weeks away, ate excessive amounts of food but because of amount of exercise have been doing don't think have gained any weight, in fact judging by fit on jeans may have lost some weight!

With going off to Canada in just a few days thought should update!

Exercise regime has been stopped for past two weeks as I was having intense back pains and migraines which has meant going to the physio multiple times a week leaving me in a quite a lot of pain! But remember at the start when I complained about my posture? It's fixed that and I'm looking much better for that!

With Orientation (Freshers) week coming up and the first forray into what food I can buy in Canada I'm not sure how successful last bit will be but we'll see!

Glad to hear your posture has been improved! It's something many people underestimate. Hope your time in Canada is everything you hoped for

How have you fixed your posture? I often worry that mine's a bit pants (and my mum always complains that I'm not stood straight!)

They clicked my spine into correct position then I've just had to be persistent in sitting properly and doing exercises to strengthen muscles.
