    Oh.My.Life.

Just got back from the gym after doing their version of XFi. I have never suffered so much in my whole life in such a short amount of time (it was only half an hour) and it's definitely made me realise how much I've been neglecting high-intensity cardio in my workout routine!

Consisted of 10 exercises done for 1 minute each with little or no rest between them, before having a 30 second rest and doing it all over again!
    The exercises I did were:
    - Burpees with press-ups
    - Squat Thrusts
    - Squat Jumps
    - Plank
    - Side Plank (30 seconds each side)
    - Crunches
    - Twist Crunches
    - One Hundreds

I can't remember the remaining ones! :/ It all went so quickly and I barely had time to breath let alone think haha
Definitely going to go back though, I definitely need a variation like this in my routine! I've also changed my weights routine to fit more cardio-based stuff in so I'll be doing a upper/lower split instead of a 5-day split. Fingers crossed it works!

It is surprisingly easy to fast. Once you get over your tummy rumbling, you really cannot notice it. Definitely going to have another go at fasting though, if anything it was kinda fun.

I told my mum that I was fasting, her response was like "don't kill yourself, could be dangerous", just shows you how ridiculous peoples attitudes are to eating.
 That;s why I love it. It's so simple.

I think it's all tied up to do with anorexia and blood sugar. But they get used to it in the end when they realise you do eat (alot) just not every day and you still manage to walk around.

Actually managed to hit 1200 calories today! Some might say that it's still not enough, but considering I've only been managing 600-800 so far, I'd say its an achievement

    Food today:
    - A Nature Valley Bar
-The aforementioned omellette (2 eggs, a load of turkey, tablespoon of pesto & a little mature cheddar - in case you didn't see it)
    - A Snickers IceCream Bar thing (oops! Still fitted it my macros though so I'll let myself off )
    - Weightwatchers Chicken Soup

Still not enough veg in there at all, but my main priority today was to actually hit a half-decent amount of calories. I can start adding more veg again in a couple of days when I'm getting used to the new portion control etc

Hope everyone's transformations are going okay so far!

EDIT: Total macros for the day were Carbs: 60g, Fats: 52g & Protein 91g
Meaning that I was over on my fat! Iggg.. Ahh well, room for improvement I guess
You obviously haven't heard of IIFYM! It sounds like you're doing too much at once. I'd get either the 16/8 eating pattern or the trying to eat 'well' or trying to eat within your macros sorted before going on to the next. Just becasue you won't be able to sustain the 800 calories/day forever.

Technically it sounds like circuits rather than x fit tbh but it'll all do you some good!

Haha nah I have heard of IIFYM, my problem was that it didn't fit in them haha Got the pattern sorted now so I'm focusing on eating right - I feel like I'm making so much more progress than I was before starting IF!

Yeah I did think it was more of a circuit than XFit, but it killed me all the same which is the main thing I guess!
