    Transferring Universities Second Year?
I'm thinking I'll be entering a university with lower grades such as westminister or Brunel (I am staying in London) and found out that I could transfer to a better university - ideally Queen Mary or something with a decent reputation, so I was wondering how I would go about something like this.

    Thanks.
