Crooked teeth, how can I get them fixed?
For some stupid reason when I was younger I didn't want to get braces(What was I thinking?!) and now I'm an adult it's really expensive to get braces to sort my teeth out... Does anyone know how much it costs to get your teeth done in the UK? My mouth is quite small so my teeth have become very crooked. To make things worse my Wisdom teeth(2) have literally no space to come out of so are kinda stuck underneath the surface with only the head popping out by the ends of my gums. They'd have to remove at least 2 of my teeth. to make space for my wisdom teeth. My upper teeth are fine, it's just my lower teeth.

How much does it usually cost to get wisdom teeth taken out and braces put on in the UK?

I've heard it's much cheaper if you go somewhere like Poland for the dentist, anyone got knowledge of the cost?
here are some pics. Bad lighting makes my teeth look very yellow BTW!

I seem to remember someone saying that if you go to the NHS and complain that the state of your teeth are 'causing you mental distress' you can get it done free or at least cheaper. that could well be BS though
failing that if youre poor/a student theres the HC1/2 [i think thats hte name of them] forms which get you discounted dental treatment.

as for having a wisdom tooth out apparently £178*

Personally i'd advise against going to Poland or the like whilst it may be cheaper if something were to go wrong youd be pretty buggered back here...

If you tell the dentist that it really does affect you personally and you are always conscious about them, the NHS may help to do them for you
