Who do I cheer for?
I'm moving to London from Canada in September because I'm studying at KCL. I am an AC Milan supporter, been to a few games at the San Siro and I visit family there every few years..
Now here's the problem. Chelsea or Arsenal?
The signings each of the teams are making are really putting a claim into glory at the end of next season.. Now of course I want a team that wins, but I know thats not all a supporter should want. Who has the better atmosphere? Better youngsters coming up?
What do you guys think?
Please don't whine about things like "why not try a smaller team you glory hunter?". I will be a long way from home, away from family. Let me have my fun
Thanks! -
Re: Who do I cheer for?
Watch them both, go to the games of both teams and decide who you prefer. I'm biased, so I'm going to say Arsenal but if you're basing it on success then it's unfortunately going to have to be Chelsea

The atmosphere at the Emirates (on the few occasions I've been) isn't that great either, but there's always vocal, passionate fans around somewhere, and I've never been to Stamford Bridge so I can't really comment. -
Re: Who do I cheer for? This is such a weird question, but why not just watch games of both on TV, go to a game of each in person and decide which you feel a better connection to?(Original post by Joe The Creator)

Re: Who do I cheer for?London atmospheres are rubbish.
I've been to both stadiums a few times, rubbish fans.
I would say that watching Arsenal was vastly more entertaining though. -

London atmospheres are rubbish.
Everyone knows that there are only two teams in London, of course, silly me.
OP, make some friends, go to games with them, support that team. Don't choose before you go because your judgement will be clouded by the people you meet. -

Thanks for the replies everyone!
I guess you're all right saying that I should check out a few games before I make a decision.
@Jack22031994 I know there are many other teams in London they simply just don't interest me.. Is that fair? I don't mind checking out a Tottenham game though.
