s it worth getting a pair of Toms?
For a while I've been wanting to get some Toms as I think they'd go with pretty much everything I have however When I was looking at some they felt like they weren't very strong. Also, they were around £35, are they worth it? And like most trends nowadays, are they becoming kind of chavy?

In a word, no.
I had a pair and then I went to Glasgow (not the sunniest of places). Once they're wet, they're ruined, trust.
Also, as the sun's not exactly cracking the flags this summer, you probably wont get much wear out of them. Put the money towards some Converse low tops or something instead

Re: s it worth getting a pair of Toms?
I have a pair of £33 Toms and an almost identical pair of shoes from Bank for £15, and I have to say that the Bank shoes are by far the better pair! The Toms are collapsing on the inner sides so it's hard to walk in them, wheras the Bank equivalent are comfier and have lasted longer. The only drawback of the Bank ones are that they dont come in a very wide range of colours
