    China
I need help. Preferably from students who have done the A2 AQA coursework on China. I was wondering what books did you read in order to gain knowledge on China? The era would be from 1900-2012, any help would be hugely appreciated. Also I'd like some novels to read as well from view's of normal people living in China.

Any help would be hugely appreciated.

One of the books I would suggest that you read is, A History Of China by J.A.G Roberts, second edition. It gives a pretty good insight of China from their empire to today and how China got to where it is today.
