    Retail Job application question: Help?
If you were a sales adviser with us, how would our customers know that you are focused on their individual shopping experience?

I have never worked before so I don't want to do anything wrong.. could someone tell me the best way to answer this question? I just want someone to help me a bit so I get what I am doing.. thank you!

It's all about your opinions, there's no right or wrong answers to it, just make sure that you help your customers as much as possible:

E.g.: I would make sure I welcome them with a smile and ask them 'are you ok? how can I help?'.

And then when they say they're looking for something, don't just point at where they will find the product take them there and satisfy there needs,

before you leave them just say 'if you need anything else, I'll be around'

    Always smile
