    Hit my sister
So me and my sister always argue but earlier today it got worse than ever.

We were having people coming round to view the house and I was still asleep ( I work night shift)

Her and my mum both come into my room telling me to get up and I tell them to **** off I'll be up before the people arrive. She wouldn't leave and started opening my curtains and moving stuff off my desk so it looked neater.

I told her to leave multiple times but she wouldn't listen, I snapped and grabbed her neck to throw her out.

This ended up with her crying and storming our the house... I have no idea what to say when she gets back, I know I took it to far but I don't know any other way of getting her to leave me alone. She won't listen to anything I say usually

You could try saying sorry? And don't get angry if she doesn't seem to accept it. If what you did is out of character and it doesn't happen again things should go back to normal. Oh, and don't completely ignore her.

A choke slam followed up by the walls of Jericho and she'll be leaving you alone.

I don't know how old you and your sister are, but I think that most siblings have hit each other out of aggresion? It's not uncommon. I am not saying it's right, but it's not like out of this world either.

Say sorry, and next time just don't resort to hitting her when she acts up.

my older brother used to lose his temper and attack me when i was younger, he always used to apologize but it meant nothing, and just felt patronizing and now we dont speak.

she probably wont forgive you, but assuring her it wont happen again will probably help.

Hitting your sibling isn't acceptable, it especially isn't acceptable to hit a female sibling.

Lay your hands off her you thug.

    I don't think so...
When I say hit, I don't mean like a punch round the face
Don't bull**** me and tell me most siblings (around the same age) haven't had a physical fight.

I have 2 sisters whom are identical twins and 1 brother, all within 4 years of each other. No physical violence over than extremely playful wrestling, and even then that was when much younger. It's absurd to assume that all siblings fight.

    This is so unrealistic.
