    AnonymityFTW's Transformation Blog
Here's a little bit about me.

I'm 18 and at college. I have piled on give or take 2 to 2 1/2 stone over the last 1 1/2 years. How? Mainly overeating, but also physical laziness.

Physically I am around 5ft7/8. I weigh around 12 and a half stone, maybe even 13 - I don't like weighing myself. I am doing this transformation not with losing weight as a goal - I want to lose fat obviously, but I mainly want to transform my shape. Have a flatter stomach, smaller thighs, slim arms and a narrower waist.

I plan to do this by doing regular exercise and eating much less than I usually did.

My exercise routine is quite varied at the moment. I've been taking daily 45 minutes brisk walks once or twice a day, depending on time. I also swim regularly.

As for eating, I've never had an unhealthy diet. I just eat too much! But for about 2 weeks now I've drastically reduced the amount I eat and I've already noticed a difference.

I'll try to post in here every few days or so.

For pics go to the main thread.

So it's about Day 4 of my healthy eating/regular exercise plan.

For breakfast I had mackerel, toast and some tomatoes. Then a small pot of natural yoghurt and some green tea. For lunch I had a Philadelphia and red pepper sandwich on German rye bread, and a mandarin. Just had dinner, white fish, baked sweet potato and a lettuce/tomato salad. And a peach.

Going for an evening 45-minute brisk walk later on.

    Good luck with your transformation.

I personally don't like the taste of it but it fills me up more than normal brown bread!

And thank you, you too! I need all the motivation I can get...

Just came back from my walk, it rained on me and I got soaked but I feel fresh and alert!

Only thing is I keep getting a stiff shin... bloody shin splints. I think I have to stretch more.

I found a really good stretch once that properly helped my shins, take your shoes off, bend one knee and then curl the toes and put your foot down so it kinda looks like you're en pointe but with your toes curled under your foot if that makes any sense. Then push your leg forward (still bent at the knee) and push through, should help ease those muscles :yep:

Sorry if that makes no sense, I can't describe things at all.

No, I did ballet as a kid and love going to the ballet but I have excessively short hamstrings which hindered progress and made me quit

Ex-ballerina since the age of about 7 (even at that age the fact I wasn't flexible enough made me quit...)
However my dad has been taking me to london to see ballets since I was about 9 so I live vicariously through them!

Today hasn't been so good.. breakfast was healthy (same as yday), but at lunch I was on the go and had a McDonald's veggie wrap (just did not feel like a Tesco ready-made sandwich).. Idk how many calories in it but I didn't even like it that much. Oh and a black coffee.

For dinner, had tuna pasta salad, probably too much Gonna rectify it by going skating now.

So far today I've had the usual breakfast of mackerel, rye bread, tomato and a bit of cottage cheese.
For lunch I had a stir fry of prawns, peppers and onions plus a side serving of vegetables - broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.
Just had a mid-afternoon snack of some Feta cheese and a few hazelnuts.

For dinner plan to have the rest of the stir fry with some spinach.

As for exercise, I tried going for a walk but I have very bad pain in my left shin/calf, I actually had to limp home. Got an appointment with the osteopath tomorrow.
