    Gcse, failed guidance
Hello everyone, in 2010 i failed 1 of my maths and english exams, both falling short of a pass by 6 marks,

I've tried college and hated it but i would still like to retake these.

can i retake them without having to take a whole year studying them? i cant do a whole year studying them.

    grades are as followed
    Geog - C
    P.E - C
    English lang - D
    English Lit - C
    maths - D
    science 2 C's
    ICT - 4 C's

not the best results but still want to get the D's to C's
and would i have to redo all the coursework?

For Maths you wouldn't need to do coursework, you could see if you could take it at your old school. For English Language you could do an iGCSE with no coursework:

However you'd have to find an independent school, so it could be easier to do the coursework as well. You could try to ask your old school to take you on for controlled assessments or you'd have to talk to a college.

    Hope this helps.
