Is there anyway I can change the end date because I have found out my course that I'm doing ends in September and not in June, as i put in my CDL application form? Could they amend this or is it too late

They might flag this up if you are doing a postgraduate course, but the best way would be to contact the bank - give them enough time to actually receive the application, mind - to correct it.
